CANCELLATION POLICY
I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a charge equivalent to 50% of the booked service will apply. For cancellations within 24 hours or a no-show, the client is responsible for the full amount of the booked service. This includes even if you are sick, there are a few exceptions. Please note that these charges do not contribute towards a future appointment. Thank you for your understanding. By submitting payment through Gloss, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding all services provided by Kacia Cowan Artistry: • I am committed to ensuring you love your hair and feel confident when you leave the salon. • I gladly offer complimentary adjustments within 7–10 days of your original appointment, if needed. • Any requests made after 10 days will be considered a new service and charged at regular pricing. •Adjustments are meant for fine-tuning the original service and do not cover changes of mind in color, tone, or style direction. ❌ Refund Policy All hair services are non-refundable.
